Square Space Property works in partnership with regulated care and support providers to supply small, domestic-scale homes for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and step-down placements from hospital.
We focus on 2-4 bedroom cluster homes in carefully selected streets that meet local authority safeguarding and placement criteria.
Our role is to provide high-quality, compliant housing to care providers who deliver the support, enabling stable long-term placements across Teesside and the North East.
We do not operate HMOs or institutional settings — our focus is on ordinary homes in ordinary streets that support better outcomes for residents and commissioners.
How It Works – For Supported Living Providers

You tell us what you need
You share your preferred locations, street restrictions and placement type (e.g. 3–4 bed, single-sex, low-intensity support, etc).

We source and acquire the property
We only purchase homes in streets that meet safeguarding, saturation and placement criteria for your referrals.

We refurbish to supported-living standard
We deliver compliant, domestic-scale homes ready for supported-living use — including fire safety, layouts and durability.

You lease the property
The property is let to your organisation under a long-term lease, giving you stability for staff and residents.
